I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, and a highly competitive pickleball athlete. Combining over a decade of performance coaching with advanced orthopedic physiotherapy, I’ve dedicated my career to helping athletes handle elite explosive force on the pickleball court.

I live the sport. I know the intense physical toll that sudden lateral cuts, deep lunges in the kitchen, and repetitive overhead drives take on your knees, spine, and shoulders.
